Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from my studio within 5–7 business days of purchase.

United States Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the continental United States.

Original artwork is securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Higher-value original paintings may require a signature upon delivery and may be insured for their full purchase price.

Limited-edition prints are packaged flat or rolled, depending on their size and the safest shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier. The 5–7 business day processing period does not include weekends, holidays, or the carrier’s transit time.

Carrier delays caused by severe weather, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside my control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.

Amanda Glover Art is not responsible for packages delayed or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Damaged Artwork

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours and include photographs of:

  • The damaged artwork

  • The exterior packaging

  • The interior packaging

  • The shipping label

Please keep all packaging materials while the claim is being reviewed. I will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with members of your household, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

Contact me if the package remains missing, and I will assist with the carrier inquiry. Replacement or refund decisions will depend on the outcome of the shipping investigation.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through the online shop. Please contact me before purchasing if you would like to discuss shipping artwork outside the continental United States.
